Want to love this place - clean, well-staffed, organized and staff is very friendly. But twice in a row the Taylor ham was cool / lukewarm. The cheese wasn't even soft.
When they first opened they had Awesome large bagels that kept me coming back. Now they serve small, basic, bagels that are no longer special. I would have given 5 stars if the bagel size had not dras
