Thirty acres of nature and art in balance nestled in the heart of Hoover, Alabama. With a five-acre lake and walking trail, this botanical garden showcases hydrangeas, including the Snowflake Hydrangea, which was patented by Mr. Aldridge and is now the official flower of the City of Hoover. Aldridge Gardens features plant sales, art exhibits and shows, classes and seminars, bird walks, and is a popular wedding venue location. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Years Day.
