It's been a month since I brought my car to get pictures for an estimate. I called last week and they stated they'd get back to me as they didn't know why an estimate wasn't created yet. Called again

Was disappointed in the time it took to have the taken in for repairs. I wish they had tried harder to quickly repair the vehicle.

Well it's been more than three or four weeks and I was told I was gonna get an update every Thursday about my vehicle and I haven't heard anything about it kind of worrisome because I need my vehicle
