Staff lovely, beds comfortable, great shower & location and very nice rooms.Bathroom a bit small and tea & coffee area a little awkward.

We stayed in the Presidential suite. I didn't realise that when booking, but it was wonderful. Roomy, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, huge television. Thoroughly recommend.
