The Customer Service is 1st Class. Assistant Manager Katie confirmed over the phone and in person that we would not be disappointed if we stayed there. Tracey welcomed the group with a beautiful smil.
Room was filthy. AC vents and bathroom vents full of dust. Terrible manager to address situation. Had to wait until room got clean. See pictures. These created a lot of inconveniences for me and wife.
