Won't approve flea medication for my dogs who have fleas. Literally holding us ransom unless we come in and fork over more money. They are owned by another company now and tried to charge us almost 50

This place isn't the worst or the best Vet around. I would like to add though that recently I have noticed an improvement. Their staff have better customer service, seem more knowledgeable and caring.
