I booked an appointment for a permanent all-over color that was listed as $75, but at checkout I was charged $221 because of extra fees I was never told about. I only found out when it was time to pay

Never again ran 25 minutes late I had to asked what was taking so long then I was told is was going to be $18 and instead when done told $20 and that someone must have goofed if I could give zero star
