This branch is the worst! The computers are frequently down and customer service is very slow. There are not enough tellers to serve the line. I frequently leave and go to Midway Branch to get service

The tellers are some of the slowest to help customers. There was only 1 and a huge line and no one seemed to care. The branch manager needs to improve the customer service at this location.

Left me stuck in the safety deposit room for 30 minutes AFTER I was done. Watched me and kept telling me to wait while they had a conversation in the SMALL business management room with SMALL BUSINESS
