This HEB pharmacy on Dowlen Rd is poorly run and highly inefficient. But worse, is the inconsiderate and unfriendly service from the ladies at the front counter. Extremely rude is the best description

Staff is very rude . I never leave reviews but I called to ask about the lady if she knew how long it would be for my prescription to be ready as I live out of town and she said "no I do not they will
