Previously two distinct concepts, Chef/owner Tim Lipman has married Coolinary and the Parched Pig for a delightful hodge-podge that truly has something for everyone. Contemporary with a seasonal focus, this kitchen-sink menu has everything from lamb croquetas and deviled eggs to crispy pork ramen and a smashburger. The confit chicken over braised chickpeas is a hearty plate designed for the hungriest of diners, and though the menu is always shifting, Jenny's Dirty Dip is a house favorite. Served in a baking dish, this warm cream cheese-based dip, tucked with ground sausage, tomato, pepper, and onion with a golden-brown crust, is scooped up with house-fried tortilla chips.
