Service is atrocious, they do not know their own warranties. This store DOES NOT do onsite apple repair and are no help in finding a store that does. Do not come here there is no clue to the BBUY bran

Staff spend time avoiding customers. Music is intolerable. Phone support is pass the buck. 3 calls to get a receipt added to rewards statement and finally gave up when told to go to store.
