Staff is unprofessional and rude, they don't care to help out only to get stuff over with. Patient care seems to be rushed

I made and paid for my son's appointment back in February. I received a text from 2 different numbers to confirm his appointments, and confirmed with BOTH of the numbers that he would be there. When w
