Horrible customer service. I asked to inquire on who did a nail design so I can book with that nail artist, they blocked me and denied service. For what?

I had a great experience at Wave. I went with a basic pedicure and gel manicure. Jackie was pleasant and did a great job. I don't necessarily my nails on a regular basis, but I might go more often now
