I took my phone in for a battery replacement and after within hours after picking it up I noticed my camera wasn't working properly. When I took it back in, they said I must have dropped it (I didn't)

Waited two hours to get fixed, had my baby with me. Just to have them say their system was down. They had it all fixed and then made me wait even longer, just to put my broken screen back on.
