Good doctors but AWFUL outsourced call center in Philippians. Impossible to reach someone at the doctors office without wasting 15 minutes on the phone with a robot overseas.

The experience for different concerns ( from hearing check to surgery) was great . Doctors and staff were caring and supportive. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Dr. Scarborough only cares about money not his patients. The next day after my appointment my ear was still bothering me. I called the office to ask if Dr. Scarborough can re-check my ear. He said no.
