You can’t miss Table Mesa—it takes up a third of the town square—and we like it best for a heavy brunch. The creme brulee french toast with chantilly cream is huge (and the leftovers will last in your fridge all week), and there’s an in-house bakery that makes crispy oaxacan flatbreads with black beans and chorizo. In case you need snacks for the bike trail or on your walk to Crystal Bridges, Table Mesa also does plenty of takeout. Just don’t think too hard about the fact that the English translation of the restaurant’s name is just “table table.”
