Fribourg is very much a mixture of old and new with a historic downtown and then very much back into the countryside. Beautiful.

Fribourg is a gem of an old town in Switzerland. It is fun walking through the little streets, up and down. You can also access the fortresses and the towers on the hills above the river Saane.
