horrible place don't rent a car at this location we called and called they never picked up the phone. we had rented a car it needed oil change soon as we drove to our location it started the problema

If I could give a lower rating i would. They wouldn't accept a debit card for same day reservation (that's fine i guess.) So I was going to use a credit card. Turns out they were going to charge me $9

I rented a car from this place due to some mechanical issues with my vehicle. Unfortunately I was in a hurry so I was relying upon the expertise of Hertz to make sure everything was done properly. Boy
