Helpful staff, very inclusive to newcomers. Tyler was especially helpful in basic safety and 101's. Overall pleasant experience!

Not kid friendly place. I have been here twice about rocking climbing for kids and it is clear they don't want kids there. attitude of front desk staff is not welcoming.
