Ginza Sushi & Sake is a Japanese spot in the Haight with reliable nigiri, rolls, and sashimi. Everything does the trick, like the Ginza roll topped with seared yellowtail or the chef’s selection of seasonal nigiri. It’s not a place we’d cross town for, but it works for easy walk-in dates in the area, or group refueling after a few laps at Kezar.
