I had a terrible experience at this bank. Nick was rude and unhelpful the service was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this bank anyone

They always have unusually long lines. The location on 59 and 99 is much faster I went here for an identity theft issue and was informed I could not be helped. 99 was empty and helped me promptly
