Monahan’s in Narragansett is one of the few places that do both a hot and cold lobster roll extraordinarily well. The hot has the perfect amount of butter, soaking up the paprika that seasons the lobster, while the cold is overstuffed with just the right amount (which is borderline too much) of mayo-tossed meat. Grab one of each and some fried shrimp, sit outside, and watch the waves crash against the rocky beach.
