The store only had 1 employee. We waited 1 hour to purchase swim shoes & sunglasses. They are extremely slow and their cash register system is ancient. While very friendly person very inefficient. Bes

Melanie at Kapaa Mahalo was an excellent person to work with. She was real helpful and give us good info on snorkeling and where to go . Highly recommend
