University Health’s Trauma Follow-Up Clinic provides post-hospital care for patients recovering from serious injuries and acute surgery. Our team monitors recovery, manages ongoing medical needs and coordinates additional treatment when needed. The clinic also supports patients treated through University Health’s Pediatric Trauma and Burn programs, helping them navigate recovery with coordinated, specialized follow-up care.
