Worst customer service, had my trip planned a reservation made. They come to find out didn't have any vehicles so they wanted my to upgrade and pay more for a Benz. I said no thank you and cancelled.

Don't ask questions about your bill being larger than what's quoted online. You will get your face torn off by a nasty woman. Happy Holidays to you too. Where has customer service gone?

Checkout process (with reservations!) took over 25 minutes and multiple people. They put us in lower level vehicle. Not friendly.
