This outdoor Center has many useful businesses and restaurants. I visited two of the businesses within who open early. Lots of parking available and WiFi in the larger businesses.

Another nice plaza located in Phoenix. Lots of shopping, restaurants and other vendors to choose from. Huge parking lot, Cox WiFi for subscribers and regular WiFi in many businesses.
