I bought a brand new duralast battery and its not working and they do not want to replace it. They want to charge it for 2hrs for a brand new battery i have to come back in 2hrs! And when i came back

The managements customer service is the worst. The manager Violet was unprofessional and condescending . As for the guys helping out in the front, they're awesome and I'm sorry they have to deal with
