Most medical practices have patient portals, but Wilmington Eye has crappy patient portals, can even refill Rx, terrible patient portal

No one calls back from this practice. getting a live person is impossible. I tried four times and no one has a professional courtesy to call patients back.

Everything went as planned. Doctors and staff were friendly. I had no pain or discomfort during the whole cataract experience.
