Not kid friendly, staff will try their very best to cancel your appointment and reschedule. They don't have a grace period (not even 1 minute). I went back to my previous pediatric dental office. I'm

dishonest billing. I would give a negatibe rating if I could. Paid upfront once EOB was processed showed I owed less and the office has yet to refund me. can't even speak to the billing office person.

Love this office so far, receptionist is always welcoming. Staff is patient and works well with sons, I always feel my kids are in good hands.
