Horrific customer service. I just came from Vons. I was at the deli cash register waiting to be served for several minutes. The female employee never looked up. Several minutes later a man walked up.

I did a curbside pickup and when I got home several items were missing. I tried calling the store and no one ever answers so I just filed a claim to get a refund and they said it would be 24-48 hours
