Great company who puts customer service first. Tries to solve the problem and really has the knowledge in order to fix complicated water

The water ph in the home is 7ph...with rod added to add for purifying...! The tech stated it can't get to 8ph water level.... Really...what do you all think?..Out There? Right or Wrong?
