The doctor does a glaucoma test, and an eyeball scan. Then you get taken back to a lobby. I only waited a few minutes to get the tests, and then a few minutes to get the eye examination by the doctor.

I went in for a warranty repair. I waited an hour and a half (ONE AND A HALF HOURS) and was never seen. I will NEVER buy another pair of glasses from this company! NEVER!
