Went in today and new manager put a very small portion of food on my plate $15 worth of nothing and most disappointing part is the Rangoons were super soggy :(

The slowest employees dishing up the smallest portions I've ever seen at a Panda Express. It's actually worth it to go across town (will be way faster and you'll get a better value dinner).
