You can't walk in to open another account when you're already their customer, you have to make an appointment and they're 2 weeks out. They call us 2 days later and accommodate us with an appointment

A horrible bank. Apparently, every time you visit, they only have 1 banker as the rest "have called out". I have visited multiple times and was told only 1 banker. Note to the manager: Maybe hire more
