Walked in and the woman who was supposed to cut my son's hair didn't even acknowledge us. My son ended up having a meltdown so we left. If she had been friendly in any way I'd probably go back. But, n

Took my 3 year old to get her 1st haircut. She was super nervous and started to cry, so I almost just left. The lady who cut her hair was super nice and took her by the hand and let her pick a chair.

My kids have had several great experiences here. The hair stylists are super fast and do a great job! They have the fun chairs and the slide is a great bonus. The downside is that the place is filthy.
