Had lunch twice there. Friendly atmosphere and a very nice location. I would recommnend the steak tartare and the satay.

The view is the best thing about this place. A long wait for the mains, they came lukewarm. No flavor, really unimaginative cooking, totally overpriced for what you are getting.
