Dealing with Bank of America is bad enough, but this branch in particular is atrocious. Thankfully I do not use them for my own banking, so when I go there, it's not because of my own personal choice.

Had a schedule appointment for Friday at 3pm to talk to a banker, someone mentioned they didn't see me on their appointment list but they would squeeze me in. 1 hour and a half later at 4:45 another b

Only giving a one star because every other time has sucked but BRENT NEEDS A RAISE !!!! If you are going to get help from anyone Brent makes it happen. Perfect customer service talks to you like a hum
