I made a reservation with one of their online partners. When arrived they refused to honor the reservation, took money for out of my account and did not give a room. Now almost a week I still don't h.
There is much sameness about Holiday Inn Express properties, but in this case, it was the people who made the difference. The front desk personnel were outstanding, personable, professional and knowl.
Room was assigned to an occupant room at check in. First set of keys to newly assigned room did not work. Shower current does not fit the shower. Only provide 3 towels. Every time we left the room and
