Horrible customer service will never come back save your sanity this circus is not what you want

We took our 2009 Hyundai in for an oil change. They said we needed 2 new tires and front-end alignment. They charged us $620.44. what a rip-off.

This is the second time where I have dropped of my car for a service but the lack of professional to inform their customers and keep them updated is absurd. They have my car over 24hrs without calling
