Order was incomplete - food was cold - possible mould as well - threw it all away cant risk eating that

Placed an order for over £100 on line at 17:06 on the app to be collected at 19:00 giving them 2 hours as we had friends coming round for New Year’s Eve. Turned up at 19:00 to be told it would be 10/1
