They never answer the phone. It's ridiculous already. Why do they have a phone if they can't even pick up or return calls.

Great experience! I will be back! The doctor was thorough , front desk was professional. The gentleman that sized me for glasses was friendly. Love my glasses and they came sooner than promised.
