There are a few routes you can take at Omo, all of them excellent pick-me-up candidates—black tea or floral green tea, condensed milk or coconut, with a cream top or in its birthday suit. And then there’s the soft serve. Available in float form or a cup, the bold swirls encapsulate all the refreshment of Thai tea in a frozen dessert. All that’s left to do is make your car cupholder’s day, or slurp out on the patio, which briefly turns a Downtown Bellevue sidewalk into a great hang.
