10-4-24 @1:15am picked up my food only to hear that the cookies wasn't made . Staff stated there wasn't any cookies and I asked low on inventory she said no they will take 45 minutes when does cookies

Made me wait half an hour for the cookies to cool down in the FREEZER, they had forgotten about them and after paying I got the cookies cold as hell, flat, center uncooked and ugly omg
