This place is located in Caesars Palace in the Celebrity Food Hall area. I went with the Classic Ramen and Pork Pan Fried Dumplings. My fiancé ordered the Gochujang Teriyaki Bowl. The broth in the Ram
Hands down the best Ramen, maybe even place to eat in Las Vegas. Esther Choi has done Las Vegas right by opening in Caesars and letting these other 'celebrity' chefs know who has it going on!
