I just want to say that homeless tents didn't make Gompers Park unusable! My friend & I have been walking there throughout... still seeing the herons, wildflowers et al. and fully enjoying the park. .

Until the tent slum is removed, this amazing park with a lagoon, cranes, herons, turtles and great fishing, is unusable.

The homeless make the park unable to be used or enjoyed by the residents who pay for it. The imposition of a few are to the detriment of many. Thanks Chicago Park District!
