Located at Collier Elementary School on San Antonio’s South Side, University Health Collier Health Center provides primary care for adults and children in the local community. Services include preventive wellness exams, routine health screenings, well-child visits, sports physicals, vaccinations, and same-day sick visits. Our team also manages chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, and depression. The clinic welcomes new adult and pediatric patients.
