I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite after it cracked beyond repair, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. GEICO recommended Safelite, and I can absolutely see why

I was expecting them to come change my windshield from 8am to 12pm. Never showed up, no phone call to cancel or to say they are not coming. Missed work today to wait for them. Terrible company Don't u

My experience w/ Safelite (SL) has been horrible! Two+ weeks with a broken windshield -- 4 appts scheduled & messed up by SL. My windshield was hit by a rock while traveling for XMas. Called Statefarm
