Dropped off the car for an oil change at 2:30, walked around the store, left to eat, & we came back at 5 and they still hadn't started on it. Probably drove it into the shop at 5:30, and didn't finish

I wish I could do no stars the this Auto Center the customer service is bottom basement. and it gets worse by the day. they need to close the whole department.
