This shop is a joke and so is Jodi. Called to get an update on estimate and pictures sent out and she had no clue what was going on and had an attitude when all I was trying to do was get information.

Worst customer service. Office manager beyond rude and needs training on how to be a human being whose job is to literally service the public. Very unreliable. Hours are wrong and they close at 3:30.
