In Toptani Shopping Mall, level 6, you can try authentic yoghurt ice cream, waffles and delicious desserts. Such a lovely place facing a nice view of Tirana city.

The food was somewhat good. The girl who was serving had a constantly gloomy face and spoke as if she had come to work unwillingly. Very rude.

So dirty not worth it, very dirty place, you can see it in the photos, the service is very mediocre, the girls are bored doing their work, I would not recommend it to anyone
